Positive: The property is located in a great spot in Bend and is updated nicely.

Negative: If you disappointments about the property where the lack of hot water. Barely 2 people could get through a hot shower without it turning cold. I called the property management company and they were of no help. In addition, they built the refrigerator into a place that was too small so you could barely open and close the doors all of the way.
